The Lessard-Sams Outdoor Heritage Council is accepting applications for the assistant director position to advise and assist the Director in responsibilities involving the administration and daily direction of the Lessard-Sams Outdoor Heritage Council and related appropriations from the Outdoor Heritage Fund.
Qualifications: Candidates should have demonstrated an ability to analyze complex, legal and technical issues and make recommendations addressing the needs of competing interests.
Understanding of the operations, programs and policies of non-governmental organizations, local units of government, the federal government and state agencies is required. Master's degree and 2
years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant experience in a progressively responsible managerial capacity is required
